Our Origins
Born from a desire to slow down, MOUM was founded in the silent valleys of Switzerland. We sought to create not just candles, but vessels of calm that anchor you in the present moment.
Every collection is a chapter in our study of atmosphere. We explore the tension between light and shadow, sound and silence, creating scents that do not shout, but whisper.
The Craftsmanship
Our process is an ode to patience. We pour in small batches, allowing the wax to cool naturally, ensuring a crystalline structure that burns pure and true.
We work with master perfumers in Grasse to distill memories into molecules. Each fragrance is macerated for weeks, allowing the notes to deepen and mature before they ever meet the wax.
Sustainability
We use 100% natural, biodegradable soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks. Our packaging is recycled and recyclable.
